You can at different times throughout the process:
- Survey has been sent out: Yes, you can change it when the pledge manager has been released.
- Pledge manager is live and confirmed: Yes, just log back in and correct your address. If you are not able to update the shipping, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page, and we will be able to assist you with this.
- Pledge manager is closed but packing slips have not been generated: Yes. First try updating in the pledge manager. If that does not work, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page, and we will be able to assist you.
- Packing slips have been generated: No, we are not able to change the address. Once you receive your tracking, please contact the shipping company and request that your package be forwarded. If you have any issues, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page.
