You can at different times throughout the process:
- Survey has been sent out: Yes, you can change it when the pledge manager has been released.
- Pledge manager is live and confirmed: Yes, just log back in and correct your address. If you are not able to update the shipping, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page, and we will be able to assist you with this.
- Pledge manager is closed but your order hasn’t been packed: Yes. First try updating in the pledge manager. If that does not work, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page, and we will be able to assist you.
- Your order has been packed: No, we are not able to change the address. Once you receive your tracking, please contact the shipping company and request that your package be forwarded. If you have any issues, please submit a request using the button on the top of this page.
Please keep in mind the following:
If you have moved to a different Country / State, there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you back if this is the case with the amount and how to pay.
