How long does it take to receive my replacement part?

The time of receipt for replacement parts varies. If the part is in stock, it can take about a week to receive the replacement. However, there are several factors that can cause a delay:   

• If the campaign is still shipping, we are not able to begin filling parts replacements until after the shipments have completed.
• Sometimes we may be out of stock of an item and waiting on a restock from China.

These items can cause a lengthy delay in receiving your replacement.
