Everyone has received the link to the pledge manager. Why haven’t I received mine?

Is there another email address that could be associated with the crowdfunding platform or Pledge Manager platform (Kickstarter, Gamefound or BackerKit)? To verify, check the email used to back the project (either during the crowdfunding campaign or Late Pledge phase). That is the email address used for the pledge manager.

You can access the pledge manager by going to Backerkit. If you have backed a recent project in Gamefound, the Pledge Manager will be done directly on Gamefound.

Please note that if you have used AppleID to register your pledge, AppleID does not work well across platforms. Please contact Support with your pledge or backer number, together with your email you would like to handle your pledge. A customer support officer will attend to you.
