Will I have to pay custom fees?

If your order is confirmed and it's shipped to the United States (including APO, Puerto Rico, etc), to Canada or to Australia, there are no custom fees required.

If your order is shipped from the US Hub to a different country (not to the US), there are countries that will charge you a custom fee for your parcel. Please check your local customs rules for more information. 

If it ships to Europe, for countries in European Union (or for the UK) there are no additional fees, as the VAT was automatically collected during the Pledge Management phase.

For countries not in European Union, additional fees (VAT) might be required, please check whether it was collected or not during the Pledge Manager phase. When a VAT is not collected beforehand, it means the backers will have to pay it later when receiving their pledge.
