What is the status of my pledge?

Please check the crowdfunding campaign page (Gamefound or Kickstarter) for the project you are referring to. Under the Updates section, you will see all the current updates we have released in regards to this project:

• If it is showing that it is shipping and you are worried about your pledge, you want to then check the pledge manager to make sure you have confirmed your order and that it was confirmed in time to ship with the initial wave.
• Please wait until there is an update that all shipping has finished before sending in a Support ticket asking where your tracking is. Most of the time there is a huge influx of tickets, which bogs down customer service, and by the time they are able to get to your ticket, you have already received the tracking information.
