Why is my game being delayed?

Although we have many successful crowdfunding campaigns, there are always some unpredictable aspects that are hard to control and might cause delays in a project: 

• Production (Extra sculpts and molds that need to be created, extra rules development, etc.)
• Shipping (Cargo barge being grounded in the bay, union workers going on strikes, hurricanes, tsunami, etc.)
• Customs delays (Customs checking and scanning all items in the containers prior to releasing)

Please keep in mind the delivery dates for crowdfunding campaigns are only estimates. Also, due to the diverse requirements of international shipping, some backers might receive their rewards way sooner than others. We've done our best to minimize these delays as much as possible, but if due to any unforeseen reason you want to apply for a refund, our team will be happy to support you.
