Why can’t I get a refund after the packing slip was generated?

The packages are not packed at our US hub. These packages are packed at a secondary location out of the country. Attempting to locate one packing slip out of potential thousands in an attempt to cancel said order can create more issues than waiting until after the order has been fulfilled.

After the package has been shipped and received by you, the customer, the package can be returned to us, and then a refund can be issued minus the 17.5% fees and shipping.
